Our goal is to assist families in downsizing or dissolution of their estate contents in a most appropriate manner.  This may include selling contents, donating, preparing items to be delivered to heirs etc.  We provide a full inventory of the contents of the home which includes pictures and printed reports.  We work with the owners and family members to decide how they wish the contents to be distributed and follow through with their wishes.

Certified Appraisals are needed for many purposes including but not limited to, estate taxes, evaluation prior to division of property among heirs, insurance, general knowledge, etc.

Estate Sales and Downsizing
Estate Sales Professionals will advise the family what should be sold, what should be donated and what should be disposed of.  Estate Sales can involve the entire estate or partial and  many also include total residential content removal if the home is to be sold.

Brokering  - Fine objects of art, collections or individual items of value can be sold through private collectors and dealers.

Consultation Services
Providing expert advice on personal property disposition.  Often families, especially the children of older adults, do not know where to begin in the process of dissolving an estate of a loved one.  Other times, senior clients have to deal with downsizing an entire lifetime of accumulation and need assistance with the process.  We will offer professional advice on the best way to proceed for your individual situation.

We will take entire inventory of the estate.  This includes written report, pictures of contents and can include valuations.

Clean Out Services
We provide entire project clean outs for homes, basements, Garages and Barns. 

Senior Move and Packing Services
We provide complete packing, moving and set up for downsizing and moving.  We will leave the premises clean and broom swept for realtors, etc.  We can also provide services to assist in listing the premises for sale.
